Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs swiftly

• Assist with reservation inquiries via phone

• Address guest concerns and requests professionally

• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Previous customer service experience required

• Hotel or front desk experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English

• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
