Position: GENERAL MANAGER – ENTRANCE & EVENT FLOW (Seasonal)
Location: Niagara Regional Municipality (Fonthill)

Overview   Position:  Parking Manager

Location:

Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)
Season:  Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)
Pay:  $25/hour
Schedule

Schedule:

8 hour shifts, must be available weekends; must be available for
Shift A:
Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun
Shift B:
Tue / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

Key Responsibilities   Lead all Entrance Attendants and ticket scanning operations
Ensure accurate ticket validation and capacity control
Monitor entry lines and adjust staffing as needed
Serve as escalation point for ticketing, guest disputes, and access issues
Float between Parking, Field, Merchandise, and Group areas as needed
Coordinate with all department managers throughout the day
Make real-time operational decisions to protect guest experience and safety
Communicate weather or capacity changes to staff and guests
Provide daily debriefs and recommendations
Requirements   Must be 18+ preferred
Comfortable using iPads or tablets
Strong attention to detail
Strong leadership and clear communication skills
Calm under pressure during peak times
Comfortable standing for long periods
Must be available weekends
