We are located in Wakefield QC, a 20-minute drive from Gatineau, along Highway 5.
YOUR MISSION   You’ll be part of our mission to create a unique and enticing experience for every guest, and to ensure that every guest leaves with a desire to return.
You’ll do this by providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You’ll manage the reservations, check-in and check-out process for our guests, as well as answer guests’ questions while they’re on the property.
REQUIREMENTS    2 years' experience in customer service
Hotel experience, an asset
Outgoing, active and social
Confidently bilingual (French and English)
Solution-oriented
Empathetic, caring and friendly
Quick thinker, quick study, light on your feet
