BMO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to address client inquiries and fulfill banking service requests. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to recommend financial solutions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate with BMO partners and help customers navigate digital options with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and initiate referrals to colleagues

• Support customer banking service requests and inquiries

• Welcome customers and meet their transactional needs

• Provide guidance on digital banking options

• Escalate complex cases to management when necessary

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; post-secondary education preferred

• Understanding of personal banking products and services

• Profficent in digital tools and applications

• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer rapport

• Resourceful self-starter with a keen customer focus
