Make an impact at the Baytex Energy Centre as a Casual Guest Services Representative, providing outstanding service during evenings and weekends. Connect with guests and ensure their visits are enjoyable and engaging.

Your role involves greeting visitors, handling admissions and program registrations, and addressing any concerns. You'll assist with event setup and takedown and maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. Your professionalism will contribute to a positive atmosphere as you assist a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide facility information and directions

• Process admissions and handle membership sales

• Monitor check-ins and ensure policy compliance

• Assist in setting up and taking down equipment

• Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

• Punctual, self-motivated, and clear communicator

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Advanced computer skills and office equipment familiarity

• Ability to lift 30 lbs and undergo a criminal background check
