Position: Customer Success Manager at Goodstack
Location: Northwestern Alberta (High Level)

Become a key player in customer success with Goodstack as a Customer Success Manager in North America. You'll be responsible for driving post-launch engagement and ensuring customer adoption and renewals.

As a pivotal Customer Success Manager, you'll own the enterprise customer relationship after launch. Collaborate across Implementation and Rev Ops to drive growth while maintaining high operational standards. Your focus on adoption, upselling, and renewal cycles will strengthen customer trust and ensure their experience aligns with Goodstack’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationships post-launch with structured cadences

• Drive adoption and outcomes through effective engagement

• Manage day-to-day service requests and internal coordination

• Lead renewals including negotiation and timeline management

• Deliver upsell growth based on customer value realization

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years in enterprise Customer Success or Account Management

• Proven success in renewals and negotiations

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on outcomes

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment

• Willingness to travel across North America
