In this critical role, you will share information about multiple retirement plans, including Minnesota Deferred Compensation and Health Care Savings Plan, with public employees, ensuring clarity and support. Your responsibilities include handling participant inquiries, performing retirement estimates, and guiding callers to appropriate departments. Strong communication skills and a customer-centered approach are required to fulfill the needs of Minnesotan employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide retirement benefit details to participants and public employees

• Handle incoming calls at the Customer Service Center

• Respond to general inquiries and route specific questions

• Perform MSRS retirement estimates for accurate information

• Assist in interpreting benefit plans and policies

Requirements:

• Eighteen months of benefits administration experience

• Proof of passing Retirement Systems' assessment

• Strong understanding of retirement benefit plans

• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center

• Relevant licenses for financial services
