Position: BDC Internet Sales Representative Role

Enhance customer engagement as a BDC Internet Sales Representative. This role focuses on responding to internet leads and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication.

As part of the Business Development Center, you’ll interact with customers via phone and online. Your responsibilities include confirming appointments, managing customer service representatives, and driving repeat business by addressing product inquiries. Your efforts will be vital for maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
