This full-time or part-time role offers an opportunity for experienced customer service professionals to thrive in the passenger ship industry. Ideal candidates will have experience in cash handling, food service, and cleaning duties. The position includes training incentives, meal provisions, and group benefits under the Collective Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with inquiries and onboard services

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness standards on board the vessels

• Work with reservation systems as needed

• Communicate effectively with passengers and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in cash handling

• Experience in customer service and food service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must legally work on Canadian ships
