Front Desk Associate

Position: Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness
Location: West Northumberland County (Millbrook)

Deliver exceptional customer service as a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness, where you’ll create a welcoming ‘Judgement Free’ environment for members. Join a passionate team eager to enhance fitness experiences.

This role focuses on providing an outstanding level of service to members and guests while embodying the culture of Planet Fitness. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, and promote a supportive environment throughout the club. Responsibilities also include resolving concerns, managing memberships, and maintaining a clean, safe space for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests at the front desk

• Assist with member check-ins and inquiries

• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® on the gym floor

• Handle membership transactions and updates

• Maintain cleanliness of club areas and equipment

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred

• Willing to obtain CPR/AED Certification

• Basic proficiency in computer skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to motivate others

• Strong communication and customer service skills
