Front Desk Hotel Clerk

Salary: $16.75 hourly

Start:

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Resolve complaints and claims.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
• Follow emergency and safety procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
• Answer telephone and relay calls and messages.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in hospitality.

• Computer and technology knowledge.
• Experience with Central reservation system (CRS).
