Davis Ford in Pincher Creek  (formerly Castle Ford) is proud to be the newest member of the Davis Auto Group family! We have an exciting opportunity for a  Service Consultant  to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and giving back to their community through helping people keep their vehicles running at their best.  

The successful candidate will work full-time and have the opportunity to earn a salary plus monthly bonus.

What You’ll Do as a Service Consultant:

Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information on the nature of their vehicle’s mechanical problem/maintenance.

Complete walk around inspection and review prior service history to recommend additional needed service and preventative maintenance to the customer when appropriate

Assist in writing and closing work orders, and taking customer payments

Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers to keep them abreast of their part order or service repair

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals

Assist the Service Department with other duties as required

What You Bring:

Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing sales role is considered an asset

Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty

Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order

Knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding

The capability of working independently, managing your time and workflow and having the ability to work well with other team members

Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands

Valid Driver’s License
