Elevate customer relationships after sales as a Customer Success Leader ine and execute strategies that enhance adoption and deepen value.

This critical role involves both managing key accounts and developing the entire customer success framework. As the first dedicated Customer Success Leader, you will drive engagement, create renewal strategies, and shape the post-sales methodology ect interaction with customers is paralleled by your role in creating scalable success practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationships post-sale through ongoing engagement

• Drive usage and keep stakeholders aligned with priorities

• Conduct check-ins and high-level executive reviews

• Identify potential risks early and coordinate internal responses

• Establish key performance metrics and playbooks

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of customer success or similar experience

• Excellent judgment in managing senior stakeholders

• Ability to work under ambiguous conditions

• Strong commercial instincts and technical fluency

• Experience in regulated industries is beneficial
