Se busca Representante de Atención al Cliente para una empresa internacional de paquetería. Este puesto requiere una actitud de servicio excepcional y habilidades avanzadas en Excel.
Encargado de atender y dar seguimiento a las consultas de clientes, deberás resolver problemas y gestionar comunicaciones eficaces. También tendrás la responsabilidad de elaborar indicadores de desempeño y asegurar un servicio óptimo en todas las interacciones con clientes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proveer atención y seguimiento a clientes externos
• Solucionar quejas, incidencias y reclamaciones
• Manejar correos y llamadas adecuadamente
• Elaborar reportes de KPIs de servicio al cliente
• Colaborar con diferentes áreas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente
Requirements:
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente
• Excel intermedio a avanzado y uso de Office
• Deseable experiencia con ERP
• Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita destacadas
• Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos y organizados
