The Town of Ajax is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, three-month contract. This position requires excellent front-line customer service skills, familiarity with Active Net software, and a strong ability to manage accounts receivables. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and managing public inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving complaints promptly

• Act as the front desk agent, handling inquiries accurately

• Respond to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner

• Process sales and registrations efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of transactions

• Mentor part-time Customer Service Representatives with guidance and support

Requirements:

• 1-year Business Certificate in relevant field

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service

• Proficient in accounts payable and receivable

• Experience with Active Net recreation software

• Standard First Aid with CPR C certification
