Estamos buscando un profesional para administrar el proceso de atención al cliente y seguimiento de garantías. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en construcción inmobiliaria y atención al cliente, demostrando habilidades en el uso de CRM y gestión de software. La coordinación de las atenciones y el seguimiento diario a los tickets son esenciales para el éxito del rol.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrar integralmente el proceso de garantías
• Recibir y registrar solicitudes e incidencias a tiempo
• Comunicar el seguimiento y cierre de tickets
• Facilitar la resolución de incidencias legales y comerciales
• Archivar procesos digital y físicamente
Requirements:
• Licenciatura en Administración o carreras afines
• Experiencia en construcción inmobiliaria
• Habilidades en manejo de CRM y software
• Capacidad de organización y proactividad
• Trabajo colaborativo y asertivo
