Senior Living Front Desk Concierge

Welcome residents, families, and visitors as a Front Desk Concierge with Sunrise Senior Living, using customer service and communication skills.

Sunrise Senior Living provides resident-centered care across Canada while supporting team member growth. As a Concierge, you create the community’s first impression through hospitality and organized front desk service. You will support visitors, residents, prospective families, and the Sales team.

• Greet residents, visitors, and prospective families professionally
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor visitor sign-in, safety protocols, and emergency procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
• Microsoft Office and basic computer systems proficiency
• Professionalism and confidentiality in daily interactions
