Customer Service Representative

Serve Palmerston customers on-site at the LCBO using POS systems and customer service skills during the 2026 holiday season. Paid online training supports success.

As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Store Manager from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will support exceptional retail experiences while learning about wine, beer, cider, and spirits. This seasonal role requires customer support, teamwork, inventory handling, and availability for specified holiday shifts.

• Serve customers promptly and responsibly using the POS/Cash system
• Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and face products
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe

• Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with valid documentation
• Be at least 18 years old
• Availability Friday evenings and weekends for required shifts
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly while standing
