Associate General Dentist (working with Kids and Teens)
NEW OFFICE opening Q1 2026 in Springfield, Ohio!
Responsibilities   Provide pediatric dental care to children and adolescents, focusing on equity of access and high-quality outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment consultations for patients aged 6 months to 20 years.
Collaborate with a dentist-owned and operated clinic team to maintain a stress-free, engaging environment for young patients and families.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development through an in-house simulation lab and guidance from senior dentists.
Contribute to the practice culture and patient experience, including caring for families and supporting community health goals.
Qualifications   General Dentist with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience or a recent graduate eager to advance in the profession.
