Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications

What You’ll Do

Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring efficient and seamless patient care.

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection prevention and control standards.

Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post‑operative care instructions.

Support clinical workflow by anticipating the needs of dentists and patients throughout appointments.

Assist with inventory management and maintaining an organized clinical environment.

Collaborate with the administrative team to support scheduling, patient communication, and overall clinic operations when needed.

Help create a positive, compassionate, and patient‑focused experience for every individual who visits our practice.

What You’ll Bring

Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) designation.

Current registration and good standing with the Ontario Dental Assistants Association (ODAA).

Experience in a dental practice environment.

Experience with dental software systems; experience with LiveDDM is considered an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered approach.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is considered an asset.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
