Compensation

33% commission based on production (negotiable)

Hourly compensation may also be considered based on candidate preference

Full‑time opportunity

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Days are negotiable based on the successful candidate's availability

Requirements

Current registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) eligible to practice in Alberta

A positive attitude and strong team‑oriented mindset

Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Strong work ethic, initiative, and accountability

A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and building strong patient relationships
