Position: Experienced Dental Hygienist Needed

We are looking for a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to enhance our operations with their expertise. Candidates should have a valid Nova Scotia license, experience with Dentrix or similar software, and a commitment to patient education. This role also includes assisting in dental examinations and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures

• Take and develop dental radiographs while following safety protocols

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options

• Assist the dentist during procedures effectively

• Maintain patient records using Dentrix or similar software

Requirements:

• Valid Nova Scotia Registered Dental Hygienist license

• Previous experience in a dental office setting

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of relevant dental terminology

• Familiarity with orthodontics or pediatric dentistry
