Become a key player in oral health at Shoal Harbour Family Dental or Bonavista Family Dental in Clarenville. We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to promote healthy smiles and enhance patient experiences.

In your role, you will perform vital dental hygiene procedures, educate patients about oral health practices, and assist dentists during various examinations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate patient records and effectively managing appointment scheduling while ensuring infection control protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning, scaling, and polishing procedures

• Educate patients on preventive oral health practices

• Assist dentists during examinations and treatments

• Maintain accurate records using practice management software

• Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients

Requirements:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Newfoundland

• Proficiency in Tracker dental management software

• Strong communication and education skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Knowledge of infection control standards
