Schedule Full time Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm;
Friday: 7:45 am – 3:45 pm.
Compensation The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is $58–$62/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
This clinic is located in a community eligible for the Government of Canada’s Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Eligible Dental Hygienists may qualify for up to $15,000 in federal student loan forgiveness while building a fulfilling career in a welcoming and community-focused practice.
Your Role Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and qualified behaviour
About You Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degreeis required
Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing is required
Valid CPR certification
