Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impressionOptimizethe daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gapsEffectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient recordsHandle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellationsProcess referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and chartsProactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointmentsComplete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive mannerAbout You:
Experience with dental software programs isrequiredClinical backgroundis considered anassetApplication Information:
