Your role involves optimizing appointment schedules, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring accurate patient records using Abledent software. You will enhance the patient experience from arrival to treatment through expert communication and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients for a positive first impression

• Optimize daily appointment schedules with minimal gaps

• Manage recall systems and maintain patient records

• Handle patient calls, scheduling, and confirmations

• Complete billing, process payments, and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of dental administration experience

• Proficiency in Abledent dental software required

• Clinical background considered an asset

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
