What you’ll do

Reporting to the Manager, Wealth Colleague Experience, the Wealth Learning Designer holds an important position within the change learning team, providing support for training initiatives across pan‑Wealth journeys and special projects. Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions for Wealth colleagues, leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and evaluate training programs.
  • Create and maintain dynamic SharePoint sites to organize, share, and update learning resources, ensuring easy access and user‑friendly navigation for all team members.
  • Collaborate with change managers and business partners to identify learning needs and translate business objectives into effective instructional content and digital learning experiences.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to craft impactful materials, including e‑learning modules, reference guides, and multimedia resources.
  • Monitor and analyze learning data and feedback from LMS and SharePoint to continuously improve program effectiveness and address evolving workforce needs.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in learning and development to enhance the quality and relevance of training solutions.
  • Design, produce, and develop demo videos to visually support training content and enhance learner engagement.
Skills and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of related adult learning experience
  • Certified in adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • Hands‑on experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Webex to design, produce, and deliver digital training content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous situations, using sound judgment to navigate shifting priorities and requirements.
  • Strong team player with exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to build effective partnerships with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Walk Me experience an asset
  • Experienced in leading meetings, facilitating group discussions, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage
  • UX background is a plus
