As a senior contributor on our Architecture team, you will guide the design process from early planning to construction administration. Your expertise in construction plans, building codes, and sustainability will empower teams to create award-winning designs. Additionally, the role requires leading project teams, engaging with contractors, and supporting business development while ensuring high-quality technical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams as Job Captain for varied projects

• Oversee construction administration and field reviews

• Conduct constructability reviews with contractors

• Champion creativity and technical excellence internally

• Support business development through proposals and interviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience

• Associate's degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• AIBC registration preferred
