Step into a leading role in digital architecture with Airbus North America as a System Architecture Lead. Drive innovation and mentor a team of architects while enjoying a hybrid work environment.

In this senior advisor position, you will oversee architecture practices and integrate various systems within the Agile environment at Airbus Digital. You’ll ensure technical compliance, develop roadmaps, and foster innovative practices such as cloud and AI integration, guiding a diverse team of about 15 architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture initiatives for the Agile Release Train

• Ensure quality and compliance of Architecture Dossiers

• Develop and maintain the architectural roadmap

• Advocate for advanced architectural concepts and security measures

• Facilitate smooth integration of new architectures

Requirements:

• Five years minimum in complex systems architecture

• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks required

• Proven leadership experience in mentoring architects

• Knowledge of Cloud architectures, security, and AI

• Advanced proficiency in English;
French is a benefit
