Architectural Drafting Professional in Brockville

Location: South Leeds and Grenville United Counties (Prescott)

IN Engineering + Planning invites a skilled Building Designer and Drafter to join our team in Brockville, Ontario. You will create architectural plans that serve residential and commercial sectors, leveraging your BCIN qualification.

In this role, your responsibilities will include producing detailed architectural plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project expectations. A minimum of five years in architectural design complemented by experience in 3D Modeling and Sketch Up is required for this position. You'll engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity in project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural plans for diverse construction styles

• Work with engineering and design teams for project coordination

• Collaborate with clients to meet design specifications

• Employ Sketch Up for creating 3D models

Requirements:

• Possess BCIN Qualification in Legal, Small Buildings & Structures

• Five years’ experience as an architectural designer

• Skilled in permit drawing packages compliant with OBCT Part 9

• Experience in BIM and 3D modeling with Sketch Up

• Hold a Class G Ontario Driver's License
