This Intermediate to Senior Architect role demands a design-savvy individual with robust technical skills. You'll work collaboratively with a close-knit team, ensuring high standards in project documentation and design. This position allows for significant ownership of your work while addressing client needs and coordinating project details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute through all phases from design to completion

• Develop design concepts and models using Revit

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain quality in documentation

• Collaborate with clients and internal team members efficiently

• Assist in project delivery including site reviews

Requirements:

• AIBC Registered Intern or Architect required

• 4+ years experience for intermediate, 8+ years for senior

• Strong BC Building Code knowledge necessary

• Must be proficient in Revit, Sketch Up, and Photoshop

• Certifications in sustainability preferred
