This role at a well-established firm allows you to independently manage diverse architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a profound understanding of municipal approval processes and construction practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects reflect design excellence and technical quality while nurturing junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept design to construction administration

• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project phases

• Prepare and oversee design and construction documentation

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture

• Registered Architect with AIBC or eligible

• 8+ years of architectural experience

• Experience in diverse project sectors

• Proficiency with Revit and design software
