In this role, you will be tasked with leading the design of our Manage product area, addressing complex user challenges and improving compliance processes. Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure our designs meet the practical needs of grant professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the design process from research to iteration

• Craft visualizations for financial data accessibility

• Develop workflows for efficient collaboration

• Explore new design spaces in grant management

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience

• Proven history of managing complex, data-driven projects

• Proficient in Figma, user flows, and prototypes

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments

• Active use of AI in your design processes
