Shape the future of construction as a Junior Design Modeler with Prime Fab in Midland, ON. Utilize Revit to convert designs into precise shop drawings for production efficiency.

In this full-time role, you will closely collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager and project leads, ensuring product lines like Prime Panel and Prime Wall are accurately modeled. You will receive hands-on training in SEMA after mastering Revit, enhancing your skill set. Your attention to detail will be crucial in catching design flaws before production begins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build 3D Revit models for Prime Panel and Wall

• Flag design issues before they reach production

• Convert Revit models into detailed shop drawings

• Learn SEMA for cutting machine preparation

• Coordinate with project leads on dimensions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit;
AutoCAD a plus

• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints

• Diploma in architectural technology or related field

• Sharp eye for detail and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
