As a Designer in our Club Division, you will lead the design process for women's sportswear, ensuring products exceed buyer expectations. This senior role demands a comprehensive understanding of the apparel lifecycle, from concept through delivery, while also mentoring junior staff. Experience in creating impactful presentations and collaboration is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete design projects from inception to production
• Deliver creative presentations to internal and external partners
• Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices
• Manage intricate design files and tech packs
• Collaborate with various departments including merchandising and sales
Requirements:
• 5 - 10+ years in women's apparel design
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PLM
• Strong knowledge of garment structure and fabric
• Competence in color theory and market analysis
• Excellent organization and communication skills
