Overview
Job Summary — St. Joseph’s Medical Center and Touro University Medical Group are seeking dedicated physicians with a passion for graduate medical education to join our Neurology residency program as faculty. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of neurologists within a supportive, academically driven environment.
Responsibilities Faculty roles within the Neurology residency program include clinical teaching and participation in program development to support resident education and patient care excellence.

Teaching Focus:
Engage in a dynamic mix of 70-90% clinical teaching and 10-30% didactic instruction.
Expanding Epilepsy Services:
Developing an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
Established & Growth Oriented:
Currently using tele-stroke services with aspirations for establishing a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Academic Advancement:
Academic appointment available through Touro University.
Specialties We are seeking General Neurologists as well as Fellowship-Trained Specialists in:
Epileptology
Clinical Neurophysiology
Headache
Neuroimmunology
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive two-year guaranteed base salary of $350K, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Job Requirements
Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency training program.
Board-eligible/Board-certified.
CA license/eligible.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurology care principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $345,000 - $350,000 per year.
