Location: Lantzville
Lantzville Medical Clinic is seeking a long-term locum to provide coverage and support an established solo Family Physician. Ideal for Physicians seeking a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing meaningful practice, in the beautiful coastal community of Lantzville.
Opportunity Details
- Long-term, permanent locum position with potential for continuity
- 2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Ideal for Physicians seeking a steady, lower-intensity practice environment
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a loyal, established patient panel
- Option to build own patient panel if preferred.
Compensation & Billing
- 20% overhead
- Eligible for the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model, or FFS
