Location: Fort Providence

As a licensed Psychiatrist, you'll assess and treat diverse mental health issues while coordinating with primary care providers within Foundation Health’s integrated care model. This position offers the flexibility of both in-person and virtual consultations to best support your patients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments

• Manage a range of conditions, including trauma-related disorders

• Implement individualized treatment plans with support psychotherapy

• Offer consultation and shared-care support to physicians

• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards

Requirements:

• MD from a recognized medical school

• Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Psychiatry

• Valid CPSO independent practice license

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
