Join Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital as a full time Obstetrician Gynecologist in Smiths Falls, Canada. Deliver quality care in a busy practice environment serving a growing community.

The PSFDH is seeking one of three dedicated Obstetrician Gynecologists for its community-based practice. You will participate in a team providing general obstetrical and gynecological care, including laparoscopic and abdominal surgeries. The hospital features a level 1 obstetrical unit with more than 250 deliveries yearly and round‑clock anesthesia and newborn care support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide obstetrical and gynecological care to patients

Perform minimally invasive surgeries using laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Participate in 1 in 3 weekly on‑call rotations

Support a level 1 obstetrical unit with high delivery volume

Assist with emergency and surgical coverage

Requirements

Independent registration with Ontario’s College of Physicians and Surgeons

Certification in Obstetrics‑Gynecology (FRCSC) required

Commitment to relocate within 30 minutes of the facility

Contribute your expertise in obstetrics and gynecology to the PSFDH team in an engaging community environment.
