Join a collaborative team:

Mill Bay Medical Centre is seeking a Family Physician to join our well-established and collegial group of family physicians, to provide longitudinal family practice. The clinic offers a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and work life balance. There is an expectation to provide long-term-care services at a local long-term care facility. Available options to provide hospital and obstetric services.

Located on Vancouver Island, Mill Bay offers the charm of a scenic coastal community with easy access to the urban amenities and specialist services of Duncan (20 minutes) and Victoria (40 minutes).

Overhead:

• Expectation to share in overhead costs and the formula will be clearly stated in the contract
• Approximately $ per month

Hours of Work:

• 40 hours per week

Benefits:

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:

• Recruitment Incentive: $10, (full-time)
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15, (amount based on location relocating from)
• Fee Premium: 4.20%
• Annual Flat Fee: $6,.80
• Rural CME: starting at $2,.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,.00/annum after 4 years.
