Primary Care Physician | Grand Rapids, MI – FTE

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Choose 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, LPNs, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Coordinate referrals and promote continuity of care
• Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and immunizations
• Review diagnostic results and guide appropriate follow-up care
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
