The role includes three days per week in outpatient clinics, one day for minor surgeries, and one day dedicated to cataract surgeries. As part of the medical community, you will provide eye exams, diagnoses, and effective care plans for patients. Flexible weeks of availability align with a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct three outpatient clinic days weekly

• Perform minor surgeries on designated day

• Execute cataract surgeries each week

• Deliver patient-focused eye exams and diagnostics

• Care provision at both hospital and clinic

Requirements:

• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC

• Experience in ophthalmology roles

• Required to cover on-call for 7 days

• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm

• Comfort with fee-for-service structure
