Location: Comox
The Comox Valley Anesthesia Group seeks locum anesthesiologists for flexible dates between July and September 2027. Select from short and long assignments to fit your schedule.
You will engage in a broad community anesthesia practice encompassing Orthopedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatric Anesthesia. Collaborate with 11 other anesthesiologists at a regional hospital while serving the vibrant Comox Valley community and beyond. Your expertise will be vital for patients aged two and up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia services for various surgical procedures
• Work with a collegial team focused on patient safety
• Adapt the work schedule to personal availability
• Deliver care to pediatric and adult patients
• Contribute to the local healthcare community initiatives
Requirements:
• Anesthesiology board certification required
• Flexible availability from July to September 2027
• Commitment to diverse patient care
• Experience in community practice preferred
• Team-oriented approach to patient management
