Who are we
Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt.

Do you love working with kids, sparking creativity, and bringing positive energy wherever you go?
We’re looking for a Fun & Learning Coordinator — someone who helps make our dojo exciting, welcoming, and full of imaginative learning moments. At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code by building video games. Your job is to make that journey fun, engaging, and memorable so that this is the most exciting place a kid comes all week.

What you'll do

Lead quick challenges, games, and brain breaks that boost energy

Create fun mini-activities that complement coding time

Welcome Ninjas with enthusiasm and build connection

Celebrate wins, milestones, and belt-ups in memorable ways

Support a positive, inclusive dojo environment where every Ninja feels they belong

Encourage creativity, collaboration, and peer sharing

Bring ideas that keep the dojo lively, playful, and inspiring

Who you are

Upbeat, creative, and great with kids

Confident leading activities and sparking group engagement

Naturally playful — you enjoy games, conversations, and silliness

Experience in youth programs, camps, recreation, or education is a bonus but not required

No coding experience required (although would be considered as a bonus)
