English and Spanish elementary school teacher

Location: Appalaches (La Pocatière)

Maternity Leave Replacement –  School Year
Contract duration: mid-February 2026 to June 2026
Possibility of extension until March 2027
Full-time position (100%)

École Trilingue  Vision St-Augustin , located in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, is seeking a passionate and bilingual (English/Spanish) teacher to work with students in  Grades 1, 2, and 3  in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Teach both  English and Spanish , evenly divided throughout the week.

Work collaboratively with the teaching team and participate actively in school life.

Supervise students and contribute to maintaining a positive learning climate.

Requirements

Excellent  spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish .

Ability to communicate in French.

Bachelor’s degree  in elementary education, English as a second language, or Spanish education (or in progress).

Teaching license  (or in the process of obtaining one).

Desired Profile

Energetic, organized, and passionate about teaching young learners.

Strong teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills.

Interest in teaching through  children’s literature and digital tools (iPads) .

Conditions

Salary according to experience and the school’s pay scale.

35 hours per week.
