Position: STEM Instructor Role at iFLY

Become a STEM Instructor at iFLY and engage students through hands-on learning in an inspiring environment! The part-time role offers flexibility for various field trips.

As a passionate STEM Instructor, you will lead students from elementary through high school in exploring engaging STEM concepts closely related to our wind tunnel. This role includes facilitating activities and collaborating with experienced flight instructors to create memorable experiences. Availability is mainly needed Monday through Friday mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person STEM presentations for students

• Collaborate with instructors to illustrate scientific concepts

• Facilitate exciting science-related experiments

• Collect constructive feedback from teachers and parents

• Work in tandem with staff for successful program delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, math, or STEM education

• Proven mastery of K-12 STEM topics

• Experience leading large groups confidently

• Strong public speaking and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
