Vice Principal – School Year
This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found and will conclude June 25, 2027.
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative duties.
Learning Support Teacher and teaching component (yet to be determined).
Qualifications
Successful teaching experience is a must; leadership/administrative experience will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with the Leadership Quality Standards.
A Master’s Degree in Education or a Master’s Degree in progress.
Team‑oriented leadership style emphasizing collaborative decision‑making, life‑long learning, and staff development.
A history of building effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Well‑developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
Proven record of excellence in areas of student achievement, student assessment, and responding to instruction and intervention.
A strong background in inclusive education and a passion for advocating for every student’s success.
Knowledge of the importance of community engagement, and the ability to foster school and community relationships.
