A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Redbridge is seeking to appoint a passionate Primary Teacher to join their team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a ‘Good’ school with a clear vision and determination to become ‘Outstanding’.

The successful Primary Teacher will join a supportive and forward‑thinking team, delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning across the primary phase. The school is looking for ambitious and confident teachers who can plan and deliver outstanding lessons while maintaining high expectations throughout the classroom.

Pupils are enthusiastic, well‑behaved and eager to succeed, with outcomes across reading, writing and maths consistently above national averages. In recent KS2 results, over 80% of pupils achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined, significantly above the national average.

This role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers on the Main Payscale, making it an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking to develop within a nurturing and aspirational school environment. Staff are well supported by senior leaders, with excellent collaboration across year groups and strong opportunities for professional development.
