Support students at Peace Wapiti Public School Division as a Substitute Educational Assistant in Sexsmith Secondary School. This casual, on-call position is vital for students during staff absences.

As a member of the supportive PWPSD team, you will provide assistance in classroom settings for students ranging from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. You will work closely with certificated teachers, helping maintain student engagement and well-being. Your willingness to assist with personal care and perform physical tasks will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students in absence of regular staff

• Aid teachers during classroom activities and lessons

• Assist with personal care tasks as needed

• Collaborate effectively in a team setting

• Meet outside school hours for additional support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Classroom experience preferred but not mandatory

• Strong team-oriented skills

• Ability to perform required physical duties

• Completion of Criminal Record Check mandatory
