As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct outbound calls and engage in interviews to provide prospective students with necessary information about programs and services. Achieving performance metrics and maintaining outreach with both candidates and students will be essential to your success, ensuring timely guidance throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations

• Engage prospective students through calls and interviews

• Ensure regular follow-ups with applicants and enrolled students

• Document interactions in the Student Information System

• Collaborate with Student Finance for enrollment clarity

Requirements:

• Associate degree;
Bachelor's degree is preferred

• 3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Experience in enrollment services a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and communication skills
